Grand Turks: fairly empty island, but does have a lot of stores as you disembark off the ship. Good place to buy souvenirs.
San Juan: Take the tour around the town or if you like, explore the town by walking through the streets.
St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands: Take the tour around the island which ends at the pirate museum. The Museum has statues or famous pirates as well a store. From the museum you can walk back to the ship down the hill and through the streets. Also make sure you visit Magen's Bay. It is a beautiful bay with a place to eat and rent water gears.
Half Moon Cay: Is a small island with a good opportunity to swim in a calm, clear water. I highly recommend that you take the opportunity to relax on this water.
